SoftTouch Program  

 

     The SoftTouch Program will provide your funeral home with a natural, sincere approach to customer follow up.  The correspondence utilizes beautiful cards and has a handwritten note with your actual signature.  It clearly demonstrates a thoughtful, caring approach that requires very little of your time but makes a huge impression upon your families.

 

    The system is designed to provide a genuine customer out-reach to your families that can softly express your condolences, care and concern during the year following their loss.

 

     This program works easily for you by using our customer database management system that automatically sends your messages to your customer.  The personalized note on the card, is mailed to your families on the selected dates and occasions.

How Does SoftTouch work?

 

     The SoftTouch Program is effortless for any funeral home to use.  Once enrolled, simply go the PFP SoftTouch website, enter approximately 5 lines of information about the family of the deceased including the date of death, addresses and birth dates (You may include multiple family members) and the SoftTouch Program will automatically start dispatching cards and letters on your behalf.

 

What are the types and occasions cards and letters are sent?

 

     There are three steps in the SoftTouch process.

 

     Step 1

  • 1st mailing is the Sympathy Card - includes your personalized message and reaches out to every customer two weeks following the death.  This step lets them know that you care and are still available to assist them.

     Step 2

  • 2nd mailing the Family contact survey (only sent if funeral homes does not already provide a survey),  all the family responses will be sent to your family home.

     Step 3

  • This includes the mailing of the other "SoftTouch" notes that are designed to let the families know you are thinking about them and can be sent for the deceased birthday, anniversary of the death, and a holiday card. Each card is completely customized to your firm with the specific hand written message you want.
